Alexandra Loy

Alexandra Loy is a PhD student in the department of international relations and European studies of SNSPA under the supervision of Professor Iordan Barbulescu. She has a first degree in European studies from the University of Bucharest, and a master's degree in international relations and European integration from SNSPA, with a dissertation on the Europeanisation of socialist parties in CEECs. Her current research focuses on Romania's agenda for its 2019 presidency of the Council of the European Union.
