Adel Dhiyaf

Assistant Professor of Physics at university of Tripoli, Faculty of Science, Tripoli Libya. In 2007, Dr Adel gained an MSc in Physics at University of Tripoli and his PhD from department of physics at Heriot Watt University Scotland, UK in 2014. During his PhD at Heriot Watt University (Scotland) Adel was working on Flexible Solar cells. His research interests include areas of solar energy in both thermal conversion and photovoltaics as well as solid state physics. Also he has a wide range of experience in teaching Physics for Science, Engineering and Pre-medical students as well as teaching Photovoltaic & Solar thermal Energy for Energy Management MSc Degree at the University of Tripoli within a TEMPUS project. He has edited and refereed technical papers for Journal of Solar Energy and Sustainable Development (JSESD) also for Journal of Electronic systems and Programming. In May 2018 He has appointed as head of Physics Department, Faculty of Science at University of Tripoli and currently, he is the director of International Cooperation Office at the University of Tripoli.
